tales from the tomb
(click to fullview)
a cover story (in comic form) for the Herald.
For those unfamiliar with yale and/or secret societies, this probably requires some annotation in order for it to make sense. I'm not really sure how much I should give, so bear with me (or just skip over this because both of us know that no one really cares):
-Wikipedia will give you the lowdown on secret societies.
-The famous secret society at Yale is called Skull and Bones. Maybe you've heard of it?
-Other societies include: mace & chain, berzelius, leviathan, ceres athena, blood & clown, book & snake, manuscript.
-SML is Sterling Memorial Library, the main library on campus.
-There's a legend that members of Wolf's Head (another society) left wolves' heads at the foot of their founder's grave on tap night. The person in charge of the cemetery was not pleased and spent subsequent tap nights at the gate of the cemetery with a shotgun to make sure it wouldn't happen again.
